Discussion Which one do you prefer ?
(let me know if this has been posted before, i might have missed it, I'll take this one down)
I get the preference for the first one, it's nostalgia, and a favourite game for a lot of people.
But if they just make the remake in the first style, wouldn't it just be a remaster, Please feel free to educate me about the difference between remake and remaster if they keep the first style,
I like the new style more, but I am curious to know the reason why people are rooting for the remake to keep the original style, is it just nostalgia or something else ?

Discussion Kratos in Egypt doesn't make sense
- I don't understand why a freshly appointed God of War of Scandinavia would prepare to move to Egypt and why Kratos would leave his new homeland.
- I don't know what sensible character arc he has left after the events of the Norse Saga, where Kratos learned to be human, a father, and a god again.

Discussion My god is the majority playing only for those scenes?
80% of the posts I see are hoping they don't censor things. Thing everyone needs to understand is the game has this huge fanbase for the story AND the gameplay. The sex scenes are a QT side activity. I was hoping they mould it like it's one continuous progression so the charector development from 1 to 3 is clear. Ppl care way too much about non issues I just pray they don't end it mid way like Prince of Persia remaster

Discussion It's funny that Kratos never questioned how his "mortal" wife could easily lift 5,000+ pound logs
Before he knew she was a Jotunn, he must've seen her do stuff like this and go "hrmm wife strong. good" and left it at that

Discussion Judging Atreus' potential as a protagonist is like judging Kratos based off of Sons of Sparta alone
I've seen a lot of people say they don't want Atreus to become the protagonist in a game because they don't find him an interesting enough character, yet in Ragnarok, he was only like 14. This is like your only experience of Kratos being from Sons of Sparta when he was a similar age and deciding that he shouldn't be a protagonist because he wasn't interesting enough at that point of his story. You can't judge Kratos as a character based off of him in Sons of Sparta because his story didn't even begin yet. The exact same can be said about Atreus. Imagine if Sons of Sparta was the very first game in the series and then people claim that Kratos shouldn't be the protagonist anymore because he isn't interesting enough. It makes no sense to write off a character when we haven't even seen their story yet. Atreus' story has barely begun. I see the Norse saga as his backstory and after the events of Ragnarok is when his story truly starts.

Discussion Mostly valid
Triple H: valid✅
Jaeden Martell: valid✅ tho 2017 Jaeden to be specific🤔 or whenever it “Knives out” we shot
Sandra Bullock: non-valid❌ I’d think she’d jump at the chance and make the studio overpay her🫤
Michael Rooker: Valid ✅
Jordan Patrick Smith: IDK 🤷🏾♂️ guessing that bottom left pic is from “Vikings” but I haven’t watched it, tho I’ve been meaning to
David Harbour: Vaild ✅
Richard Schiff: IDK 🤷🏾♂️ haven’t seen too many titles with “Dick” in them p.s why is dick the nickname for Richard 🤔
Jamie Campbell Bower: Vaild ✅ but my memory of him in the twilight series is very vague

Discussion After playing Sons of Sparta for 15 hours, no one can convince me that Kratos was a bad father to Calliope
or that he was incapable of being one. He was just as much of a mentor to her in her upbringing as he was to Atreus when he finally began to bond with him.
